Active Shooter Mitigation
In the past few weeks few weeks the news has been dominated bay Active Shooter attacks, dominated by the events in Texas and Ohio. The mitigation of such events requires the teaming of experienced security professionals, and a partnering with local law enforcement. There are no simple answers. To mitigate these attacks, there must be credible deterrence from both the private sectors and the public sector. Effective deterrence requires the application Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design. These methodologies are applicable to specific properties, and/or specific neighborhoods.
