Security Design & Project Management

SMSI will provide Phase II services beyond the initial security assessment. Those services will ensure that the proper mix of physical security remedies is applied along with the appropriate use of security personnel. SMSI will work with the client’s team in creating a contemporary security design that has as a minimum, a five year shelf life. We will work with our clients to solicit only those vendors who offer competent solutions and who have a track record of success within the security industry.

SMSI will oversee these projects during construction to ensure the agreed upon specifications are being honored. If contract officers are required, SMSI will help in the selection process. If in-house (proprietary) security personnel are the choice, SMSI will develop selection and training criteria that meet the unique needs of each location. Finally, if desired SMSI will provide continual Security Management Support.
